QMDJ Case Study - Difficult to conceive

I saw some posting on Facebook where a user posted the bazi of a lady that having difficulty to conceive. I plotted the Qi Men Dun Jia Bazi chart as follow:

For children, it is represented by Hour Heavenly Stem and for this case it is Ji, which is at Zhen 3 Palace. In that palace there is Du Men. Du Men also means stuck or difficult. So, Hour Heavenly Stem with Du Men will means difficult to conceive.

As you can see, Qi Men Dun Jia is not complicated - if you know how. The method that I teach will be simple and straightforward method to read a Qi Men Dun Jia chart.
